This Notice on the Confidential Treatment of Personal Data of Individuals contains the mandatory information regarding the collection, processing and storage of personal data of tourists, as well as the rights of these individuals in relation to the protection of their personal data.

MBS Trade carries out its activities in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation), the Personal Data Protection Act, as well as other European and Bulgarian regulations in the field of personal data protection.

The purpose of processing personal information is to conclude a contract for the provision of a tourist service.

We process personal data within the framework of the procedures for concluding a contract for the provision of tourist services and the requirements of the special laws governing this activity.

MBS Trade will store personal data of participants in travel programs within the statutory deadlines.
