This Notice on the confidential treatment of personal data of natural persons contains the mandatory information on the collection, processing and storage of personal data of tourists, as well as on the rights of these persons in relation to the protection of their personal data.

MBS Trade carries out its activities in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation), the Personal Data Protection Act, as well as other European and Bulgarian regulations in the field of personal data protection.
